"Panel was confusing for me"
The server itself seemed fine, at least from what I was using it for, but the control panel threw me off. Maybe I missed something or there’s a guide somewhere, but it took way longer than I expected just to find basic settings. Some of the buttons weren’t really obvious either, so I kept second-guessing what I was clicking.

"Fair pricing, but not the cheapest option"
Overall, the value is decent, but I wouldn’t say the prices are amazing. Compared to a few competitors I’ve tried, it’s a little more expensive for what you get. Not outrageous, just not the best deal out there.

Support did get back to me, so I appreciated that, but a few of the answers were kind of unclear. I had to follow up more than once just to understand what they meant. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish they explained things a bit more clearly from the start...

I’ve been using it for my Minecraft server and it runs well overall. Yeah, there’s some lag here and there, but it’s not like it’s completely unusable or anything. For what I needed, it does the job fine.

I ordered the server and then just ended up sitting around waiting for it to be set up. Compared to other servers I’ve rented before, this one took noticeably longer, which was frustrating when I was just trying to jump in and play.

"Pretty decent, but the uptime could be smoother"
I’ve been using CreeperHost for a while now. Most days the server is up and running fine, but we’ve had a few random drops here and there that got annoying, especially when my friends were on. It’s not a terrible experience by any means, and support did get back to me when I reached out. That said, for the price, I was kind of expecting the uptime to feel a bit more consistent.

"Refund turned into a frustrating back-and-forth"
I cancelled my server and tried to get a refund, but it was way more hassle than it needed to be. Every time I asked for an update, support would come back with some short reply or point to a policy like that somehow explained the delay. I get that companies have rules, but it felt like the policy was being used as an excuse instead of actually helping me. I had to keep chasing them just to get a clear answer, and the whole thing ended up being stressful for something that should’ve been straightforward. After that experience, I wouldn’t use them again.

"DDoS protection didn’t really hold up"
I was expecting the DDoS protection to handle things a bit better, but from what I could tell, the service kept dropping whenever attacks hit. Maybe it worked in some cases, but overall it didn’t feel very reliable for me.

"Helpful support, but the wait was frustrating"
I had to reach out to support because of a server issue, and to be fair, they did help me get it fixed in the end. The replies were friendly, which I appreciated, but they weren’t exactly quick. And having to explain the same thing twice? Who doesn’t find that a little frustrating? Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it definitely could’ve gone more smoothly. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

"Migration Help Was Fine, But It Took Too Long"
They helped move my server over, and to be fair, they did get it done in the end. It just took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. If this keeps happening, I’d probably start looking at other options, but for now the migration itself worked out okay

Every night the ping was just terrible, like it made the whole thing pretty much unusable. I tried dealing with it but it was way too laggy.

I had a frustrating time trying to manage my server files. The file manager felt clunky, uploads failed on me a few times, and it was way harder than it should’ve been to find what I needed. I reached out to support, but I had to chase them for a proper response and even then it didn’t really clear things up for me.

The connection stayed solid all night and never dropped once. Which sounds basic, but apparently that’s too much to ask from some services. I didn’t have to restart anything, reconnect, or sit there wondering why it cut out again. It just worked the whole time...

The modpack support was alright. It wasn’t exactly quick, and I had to explain what was going on a couple times before they got it, or whatever that part was. They did eventually help me get it running, so I can’t really complain too much. Probably fine if you’re not in a big rush.

Support did end up fixing the issue, so I can’t complain too much. I just wish it hadn’t taken as long as it did. Looking back, I probably should’ve followed up sooner, because the waiting part was the most frustrating bit.

Support did get back to me, to be fair, but I still felt like I had to ask way too many basic questions just to understand what I was actually paying for. I ended up cancelling because I just don’t like feeling unsure every time a bill comes through
